Yeah, that was my impression too. You can allege anything you want in a civil suit. Doesn't make is worthy of a prosecutor's time. And yes, I'd tend to agree with the belief that the suit is probably bogus. Most of them are. mg

yields - it is easy for you to pronounce your opinion here. Why don't you try to go all out and slander legitimate operations like these folks have done? Then, after you get served, will you still say that this kind of suit is bogus? I don't give a rats ass about zsun. But I am concerned because I feel many unseasoned investors fall easy prey to low lifes like de Stinkyfinger, and then make substantial gains off of some scared people selling because of what they have read on some bulletin board.
