Mama Bear, the first amendment has always had limitations. (fire in a crowded theater...) I warned a few of you on the Goldfinger net this could happen. There is too much money at stake with these companies. The effect is chilling because whether or not Mr. Auric is right or wrong it's going to be real expensive to assert his first amendment rights. The thing to do is just short your stock and shut up about it. But on these boards everywhere the short sellers are not content with a short sale, they attempt to Hype their choice and enforce it with rumors, lies, and innuendoes. If Mr. Auric reposted a touched up press release he went over the line and should pay for it. Breaks my heart really!
