BL, I have not seen so much garbage from a company in a long time. Here's what Cook said today:

"It's absolutely worthless," Cook says of raw encryption software.

and this:

Cook fully expects to have between 35 million and 50 million registered users for the ZixMail service within its first 12 months of operation.

zdnet.com

It takes AOL 10 years and billions of marketing dollars to acquire 12 million users. Cook expects his ZiXMail to do 30 times better than AOL with minimum marketing expenses. Now, there's a measuring stick to gauge ZiXMail's performance. Hmmm, more than 100,000 registered users per day.

Regards,

Tom

BL, It costs AOL about $150 to acquire one new user. Cook expects his acquisition cost at about 10 cents per user. This guy is either a genius in marketing or totally out of whack with reality.

Tom
