I would use net present value (NPV) as the measure of project viability. One should re-calculate previous stock valuations based on a reasonable range for the NPV of this project. Note: "The project return is most sensitive to revenue..." (i.e. sales). In my opinion, key factors that will impact the Li revenue outlook: initial and ongoing R&D requirements; availability of low-cost Li from brine is resulting in predatory price competition, and; the historical vs. forecast demand scenario.
