It almost seems as if there is a concerted effort to keep the price down. You're right about Canaccord ... looking at numbers for the past week (06/30 thru 07/06) they have been the 2nd largest net seller with total net sales of 20,250 shares. But what seems even stranger to me, is that, Sprott (who has been noted as the largest net buyer over the past several months) during this week has been the largest net seller, having sold 39,700 and buying none during that time!

I also wonder if the recent (forced) conversion of the Series 1 Preferred shares into common (deadline July 20th) is having an impact on the number of common shares for sale.

I think CM Oliver did the original private placement for Global and Canaccord bought them.

The Canaccord selling is probably the stock and options they received.
