I guess my point is, in response to your lament that the USA men's team are not as competitive as compared to the women's, that there is a caveat and a reason why this is so, which you did not address. Namely the USA men's soccer teams are not the best athletes we can produce. If they were, I can assure you that we would be very competitive.
