Ian,

<<Or did it go down for no reason this week to match going up for no reason last week?>>

That's a great question. The insider selling certainly didn't offer any support to the price. I keep UTEK and SVGI next to each other on one of my stock screens and have been watching them alternate surges in volume for the last couple weeks. One day one trades 200k shares while the other trades 60k and then vice versa. I can't make heads or tails out of this. These two are making so little progress while others are moving up (mostly) and down when their volume jumps.

In my opinion UTEK and SVGI currently have more than average interest, but the volume isn't doing much for the stocks. It may be wishful thinking, but it reminds me of the surge in volume we saw in Mattson when it was at 7. Therefore the stocks will certainly trade at 25 by the end of the month<<<GGG>>>.

Ever, D

I've read several times that's it's insider buying, not selling, that is really significant. However, it doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy to see the CEO selling during the 3rd month of a quarter when shareholders are hoping for a report that shows conditions improving along with the rest of the sector, and one would hope, a resulting increase in share price also. I did notice however, that Papken sold at approximately the same time last year. Maybe his sales have nothing to do with conditions, but instead are executed according to a pre-set plan. Guess we'll know in a few weeks.
