We didn't put the entire nav bar at the bottom of each message, but there is a brown bar at the bottom of each message that contains two links:

Bookmark this Subject (or Remove Bookmark if it's already bookmarked)

and

View Subjectmarks - which will take you to the SubjectMarks page.

I had suggested this out to the webmistress a long time ago, its really irritating to scroll all the way down to click on the 'view subjectmarks' instead of having it on the top of the page as well.
