"There is potential up-side in all of the markets, they could be doing a little better" You best believe my friend! That's precisely why I'm projecting $.32 or better. I think your estimation for VCD is a little pessimistic. But who cares about that dying market. Also Mr. Rieman, IMO, you're way light in your DVD and STB estimates - way light. And don't forget about China's start-up DVD market.

Does your calculations include the estimated interest income of $.05? Looks like they can easily beat the estimates by a wider margin.
