I am being conservative. Toy Story II is a sequel, and may not fair as well as the original. I am, of course, hopeful, but $120M gives me a conservative base.

Actually, I have done estimates assuming $150 domestic box office for both movies as well. It doesn't actually change the 1999 valuation all that much.

The real money is based more on how persistent the cash flows are, ie, how much will Pixar make from ABL in 2004.
