don't make assumptions about the states with which i independently audit and have to work with as a consultant. i don't care about your 'expertise.' if you aren't doing the data entry against the 5/12 budgets, you are blowing smoke up the khaki pantleg of the thread, not I. washington's governor lies with the best of them. or, have you forgotten all the billions of dollars the state government stiffed the utilities stockholders with when all the WPPS bondholders lost everything several years ago? yeah, didn't think so. you're just another pollyanna with rose colored blinders. and to think you're going to be on the unemployment line with all those wonderful techno-skills in just 178 days man. i'm drooling at kicking your pencil filled tin cup within a few short months. that is, if you survive getting conscripted because you are between the ages of 18 and 45. at least if you are in the conscripted majority, you'll get to eat while your family starves. ha ha ha
