Nice post Ron. As long as we are on the OTC/BB our destiny relies in the crooked hands of the MM's. Unless of course ole Jimmy moves us out of the OTC, files, or announces some nice contracts.

It is interesting to see how they didn't tank us with the few sells we had today.

I know there have been Daytraders but not as many as Jane leads everyone to believe. And I guess what I was really trying to bring up was in by no means was this a Pump & Dump. No hype to cause us the upswing, only Jimmy's actions and impressions of some deep pockets.
We definitely had some accumulation.

Mark

Interesting point....I read all the time on these threads that certain OTC BB stocks must have their float completely or near so tied up with investors yet the stock doesnt behave so.

Whats DGIV's float...14 million something? If you take away Mr. D's cache of 1+ million or so and those of the longs just on this thread from what I am able to gather must be at least half the float right there! Plus it has been mentioned by some recently here of other investors not connected with this thread who have very large caches of shares too. So then why doesnt the share price of DGIV or any other BB stock not move up dramatically if the so-called float is spoken for???

Well, one obvious reason is because they are a non-reporting entity they dont have to report further dilution.....be it offshore, 144's, convertibles, or handing out shares for services among other possibilities. Please dont imply I am making something out of this with DGIV but I cannot understand the arguement for taking shares out of circulation and feeling comfortable about it without the company being a reporting entity!

Ronaldo, I was a cartel member in OVIS-RMIL stock if you happen to remember anything about that fiasco and the so called short squeeze scenario because it was thought the float was tied up by the cartel members. I can also cite other BB concerns I had shares of the past three years with the same promises that didnt pan out. Matter of fact I am involved in MDHM at the moment with the great hope of a short squeeze. Fact is, I can call a Canadian brokerage house and possibly instruct them to short for me shares of DGIV if I choose.

BB stocks....dont get too comfortable bud! At least not until they have filed with the SEC and can prove up things.

Sorry to ramble but this is pure speculation in comparison to exchange stocks.

Have a great evening!
