Suzanne: Thanks. It would be great to talk about TSIG, but at this point, no one, including myself, has had much to say.

I agree that TSIG has created this mess. If Sword/Ditch/Zeev had never appeared, the stock may very well have gone to 4 cents anyway. We can debate forever about how we got here. The more important issue to focus on now, is where we "go" from here.

If TSIG is successful, the momentum of the share price will take care of itself, and will be unaffected by "negative" posting.
A BIG "IF", at this point.

So, to piece together where we are now...

Let's work with some assumptions:

1) 1.5 million of the pp has yet to be converted (which automatically means that 1.5 has been converted).

2) Le Shufy accounts for 54% of the pp amount.

3) A member of the BOD cannot short.

If the above is true, what can we deduce from the 3 points? .

If Le Shufy cannot short, and he has not converted, it seems to me that a very large portion of the outstanding pp cannot be shorted against. Am I right about this? Wrong about this?

Anybody?

<<<I bought TSIG stock on my own volition. No one forced me at gunpoint to buy. I have a large paper loss at
this time. I have read every post ( okay, I skipped some of the lists). I did not heed the warning about the
floorless convertible debenture. I am holding at this time with the hope that TSIG is going to find the financing
they need, and the stock price is going to recover. If I am wrong and TSIG goes bankrupt, I blame only myself
for a very poor investment decision. I'll chalk it up to education—an Ivy League education to be sure. If I lose
money, it will have a lot more to do with Robert Gordon than Zeev Hed.>>>

My sentiments exactly! V$GAS, YOU ARE WAY OUT OF LINE AND S/B ASHAMED FOR USING ZEEV AND HITLER IN THE SAME SENTENCE!!!

Let's all accept personal responsibility for our actions and move forward.
