I wonder if I can impose on this thread with a couple of questions? I am looking for a good safe and profitable short - something along the lines of an ABFG, BAAT, or HITT. ZSUN has attracted my attention since I read about them suing internet critics. I have observed that the handful of companies taking this action are usually excellent shorts (PHV is a great example). Most well managed companies focus on building thier business and don't sue posters (who have no significant assets anyway) for coments in such an unreliable medium as the internet chat boards. I would like to know the market cap and main line of business. I am specifically and particularly interested in any exaggerated and potentially misleading claims by the company. Other questions: is Zsun being hyped on SI and RB? are there particularly "dedicated" cheerleaders (such as the imortal bob sims or Kowboy of HITT and ABFG fame respectively)? do the cheerleaders intimate a close relationship with key management? do the cheerleaders post what would reasonably be considered insider information? has the company used paid touts? do any of the key ZSUN managers have any past record of defrauding or misleading investors? is there some imminent information that will reveal misleading claims if such claims were in fact made?
