And things will only get better. These are small contracts probably meant to keep the price rolling (or steady). I think this news was done weeks ago, but they are spreading them out.

Watch for another state contract with someone, and the rumor of something even bigger. Earnings are sounding very impressive.

Lets see if this resistance at $2 3/4 is as big as it looks. Little volume means downward spiral with the way these MM's work.
