If you believe Bill Clinton has this much power, you are really off in la'la land. Your information is on target but since Bill Clinton is not the "Boss" it is inaccurate. Not only do we have the Russian arsenal to worry about (Plus, an unstable political situation that in my opinion will get worse.) but, thanks to Mr. Clinton, we now have the Chinese to worry about along with their exports. A weakened American military does not help. Btw, how long have you worked in DC?
