The Military has so many sophisticated weapons they do not need many ground troops. We have very strong Swat Teams in every city in the nation. The Neutron Bomb destroys civilians and leaves the buildings standing. Look at the Defense Budget.
You have heard of the George Bush NWO. Have you heard of a group of World Leaders meeting recently???? They must make this work. Lisa
