Hey ... I just had an opportunity to chat with Clint. We both had a chuckle over the schenanigans going on over on RB. We agreed that you can certainly tell the difference between a pay service such as SI where you have to pay for each name you use and RB where 1 person can attempt to appear as 100. Anyway, down to business ... There are so many deals in the fire it is unbelievable. First priority is the filing which looks like it will be very soon. Tony is well aware that we want to see something in the theaters, we want to see the financials and we are not going away till we do. The one thing I can relay is that the numbers are in the hands of the auditors as we speak and will begin the filing as a US Company as of the end of the fiscal year which was April 30. To accomplish that should be filed within 90 days or by July 31, but we may beat that date! The sad reality is that the price is probably going to continue to decline till they are filed, but when they are no one is going to touch this stock at these prices ever again IMHO!
