August 22nd is the due date for many of the Satelites that provide data for many of these systems. That week should be an important test for the Y2K and information data streams. Also further along are the solar storms scientists are expecting. With the way the internet is growing these problems may start to become more pronounced and phone trading will be the only reliable method. I use AOL as my ISP because of it's number of trunk lines. After 6:00pm est AOL is slower then at any time during the day. Especially as the other time zones click in.... Q.charts rarely has problems...right?
