GRE Update..... It appears that the company has another month to figure out what to do. By mid August they have to have (listed in order of least likely to most likely) 1. Raise money to pay the Bond Interest due the end of August. 2. Sell the company (there are still 5 to 6 companies interested) But a buyout would involve little for common shareholders and most consideration for the bondholders. 3. Be forced to convert the Bonds to Equity which would involve massive dilution to common shareholders.
