how about the service business, the real long-term IBM cash cow both in terms of revenues AND profits. how about the CUSTOMER centric vision that has overhauled the IBM culture. making it one of the most dynamic IT companies. There are SO many "pundits" around the world (including this threads) In contrast real winners like Lou are in scarce supply.
