? to board; IBM and China? i'm an investor in XNET and if you read paragraph 4 in today's article i'd like to know if at any prior time has IBM talked about this involvement with XNet which is a leading ISP player in China... also has "Strategic Partner" meant anything to other companies who have been given this title by IBM? thanks for any answers and good luck to all pp Xin Net Corp.
