So it looks like finally some money wants to run back into
the more liquid lrg cap stocks.
There might be a problem doing this after ex date this month.

ANY way this could indicate the BIG run on the small caps, which were
beating the pants off the big caps is now shifting.
IT takes more money to run up the BIG CAPS.
They will be worth watching now for a few days.

I do my best to only use No Load funds, ( load funds have
a fudge factor built in as they gain a load on all the money
that comes in ) & can't be compared apples to apples with no loads.

NOTE THERE ARE TWO SHORT FUNDS IN THIS LAST BATCH
USPIX & POTSX go the opposit way the Index does.
Jim

OT *** interesting blurb from article about oil and Kosovo:

The G8 accord that Yugoslavia and NATO eventually accepted was very
similar to what Yugoslavia was willing to accept prior to the bombing.
So why would this country carry out such an action? Oil. United Press
International reports that the U.S. government has given Bulgaria a
$500,000 grant to explore building a pipeline across the Balkans to
pump Caspian Sea oil to the West. UPI stated "the continuing conflicts
in Yugoslavia have made [the proposed trans-Balkan line] appear
impractical in past years. But the prospect that the U.S. government
would guarantee security in the region . . . now makes it a much more
attractive proposition."

This was never about the Kosovars. It was a cynical, crass attempt to
expand American military influence in order to build pipelines. Under
those rules of victory, yeah, we won. And the people of the Balkans
lost big-time.
