I doubt Herb was 'compelled' to report. You also haven't addressed the comparison to the FON issue.

Since his report the stock has declined by 16% good job HG. I think IDTC should file a law suit against HG and the street.com on behalf of its shareholders. At the very least we will find out whether cramer was short here or not, and how HG decided that this was the stock he wanted to talk about and release info at this time about. I think the damages to date are about $120MM. Any attorneys out there want to offer your wares to Howard on a contingency basis? You can send me a small finders fee if the deal works out. Looks like the same old story for our friends in pink. They took another shot, grasping at this insignificant 3rd rate article for support, but 20 holds like a stone wall. They have lost this war, and just can't bring themselves to put an end to the bleeding.
