Has anyone talked to anyone related to Digitcom: Cheryl, Roger,Jimmy,SEC attorney? Also, repeating Matt's question, has a company made it after trading halt?

May be, this trading halt will jolt these overly-conservative SEC attorneys at DGIV to release some news. Yes, without news, there will be speculation and manipulation. Whatever the constraints are on DGIV releasing news, sure did no good; so, release the news, show what Digitcom is upto. Now, if it was all a dog-and-pony show, that's a different matter. Egypt, Taiwan..all our partners should know that they have to release news to have a viable partner in Digitcom.

I am venting here. I still believe in the company but they have to open up and come clean. Holding up news, on one pretext or other, has not served any purpose.

Cheers,
Partha

Not a very nice surprise to get the morning going with... Damn!

I guess I have a couple of questions that basically are on the same track as that asked by Matt and others.

What is the worst that the SEC can do to Digitcom? Halt trading forever? Put the company out of business? Level a hefty fine?

- and -

1) What will the impact be on the ability of the company to do business?

- and -

2) What will be the long term effect be on the stockholders.

I continue to believe that this company is no scam. As a group of investors, we have talked to too many people overseas that actually have had business dealings with Digitcom. If it was a scam, it would have to be run on the same proportion as the scam in the movie, The Sting. ... And as E'Lane so eloquently put it (just a moment ago), "Roger and Jimmy ain't no Paul Newman or Robert Redford." <g>

So, I start my thinking through this mess with the conviction that it is not a scam. Given that assumption, what is the worst the SEC can do?

I have no idea. Perhaps, those with a little knowledge on the subject might be able to enlighten us all.
