Amein:

I use Brown & Co for my CMGI triple play. The margin requirtement is among the lowest I have seen. The person at Morgan Stanley who told you that the LEAP call which is deep in the money could be exercised prior to expiration while the put is still outstanding, I feel that there is a chance that will happen. But who would exercise deep in the money call if there is still time premium. He/she would be better off by selling the call back into the market. Of course if the call is way deep in the money, the time premium is negligible, but a volatile stock like CMGI, I believe the time premium is rich.

Best regards

Paul

Sensibiliy won over greed this morning and I was compelled to take my profits off the table. I sold my profit portion of the $86 shares purchased a few weeks ago. They were sold for the sum $123. That gives a tidy return of 43% before taxes, still better than a kick in the n*ts buy far and cigars do not taste bad at lunch time either.
The shares that are left over now go to the compost heap to rot away for years to come, I will check on them again in about 2002.

Good luck to you all.
