Is this a valid reason to halt?

"A suspension immediately halts trading in a stock for a specified period. "It's kind of a
cooling off or a chance for investors to catch their breath," says John Reed Stark, head
of Internet enforcement in the SEC's enforcement division. The suspensions do not
suggest a permanent halt in the stock will be issued or imply that a criminal action will
be
filed, he explains. Stark adds that unusual stock activity, such as sudden run-ups or
drops in a stock's price, often trigger suspensions. "

Bad thing is we are halted.
Good thing MAY BE: catch breath, DGIV releases news, financials, full contracts.
At least Cheryl said: she has confirmation of equipment being shipped and paid for. This has been verified by Laz (I think that NMSS has been paid for equipment).
Well, we can just hope as two weeks roll by.
Cheers,
Partha

My focus is on this paragraph...none other.

Stark adds that unusual stock activity, such as sudden run-ups or drops in a stock's price, often trigger suspensions.

That could explain it?

After a bit of crying, cussing & calming down time, hugs & reasurance from schweetie that this isn't the end of the world, "regardless"...not to mention some words of wisdom from my twin...I think I'll survive.

Laz is right. Several of us (in the "Benji group) spoke with people all over the world, and came to the conclusion that Digitcom is NO SCAM. Several have spoken with, eye to eye, Mr. Chin and have concluded he is no fraud or liar.

IR has openly and freely given any information she has to anyone who calls or emails. While no one seems to have posted it to SI, there still has by no means been any "talking out of school".

This feels like a nightmare right now...but as with all good nightmares, I hope we wake up from it and break the odds and return to active trading...soon. The next 2 weeks will be very long.

I'm trying here...
