Im only guessing but..wondering if this is how this all unfolded. DGIV has been under investigation by the SEC, that is not a secret. Recently we have seen a huge increase in volume. Since the SEC has not finished there investigation they may have halted the stock to protect potential new investors. In other words, if we had not had this huge volume spike I wonder if we would be halted today. If they halted this stock based on activity that happened a year ago, then they really should have acted sooner. A whole lot of new investors who were not a part of the whole run to $8 are now deep in this mess. Kinda damned if you do damned if you dont.
