Thanks Tod, nice post. Good to hear from you.
I didn't think Roger would talk with anyone, that is good news that you got a hold of him.

Mark

Your post should have a calming influence on all concerned.

I just hope we can regain the momentum we had going once trading is resumed.

IMHO, all employees are on board and the bills are being paid. None have sold any stock to my knowledge.

Also, Mr. D., who I believe to be the largest individual stock holder, does not appear concerned. No panic posts from Bill. So let us remain calm.

Jimmy is apparently over seas working and that is good. IMHO.
Roger is on the job. We will see.

Excellent post, Tod...Thanks!

You stated all the "common sense", "gut feeling" things I have been tossing around all day. All the "seems like" scenarios just don't fit with the SEC's action. I still can't make myself believe negative about this company (overall, of course we all have our little picadillos with how things have been run), or the one's running it (same "of course" as with the company).

As for the "I told you so's"...IMO, we had one very lame attempt earlier from the disgruntled kitchen appliance, but it fell far short of a full fledged "I told you so". Jane showed some compassion, followed by a bit of what could be taken as a mild "ITYS". Paul showed with some info, no gloat. Forthright is "on the wagon", or so his new thread says! All in all; and I knock on wood when I say this, there just doesn't seem to be the outpouring some are expecting. Perhaps on the 21st, but not yet.

Anyway...glad you reached Roger. From what I hear, he's doing his best to get back to those leaving messages. Not avoiding anyone. Lots of machines talking to machines today though.

Thanks again, Tod...if I go with common sense & gut feelings, I feel optimistic. If I go with the history of this type thing, the room goes dark and breathing becomes a bit hard. <g> I "choose" to go with common sense and gut! (I already used the bag this morning, and it wasn't for hyperventilating!)

Take care...

E!

I pray to GOD that Digitcom is forced to file by 7/21.

I am now playing for all the marbles. Show me all the cards and SEC can force them to do that. I think the problem lies in the fact that SEC believes some entities have seen those cards and gambled big-time last week. PLEASE, I want to see those cards.

Again, it is not Digitcom that wanted to hide the cards; those foreign investors came up with some excuse, political mumbo-jumbo, to conceal them. I hope SEC is saying: come to the table, show all the cards and play a fair game. Hopefully, with all the cards displayed, the hand will be valued fairly, at a much higher bid.

Wondering isn't this cards&gamble parallel perfect for DGIV,
Partha

Long time no see Tod!

It is very hard to believe that Roger can be in "good spirits..." though I guess it doesn't surprise me that he comes across that way.

As you have stated:

- Digitcom is operating... it is not bankrupt.

- Digitcom has several overseas relationships. Members of Benji have talked and / or corresponded with a number of those folks on the other end of the relationship.

- Digitcom has a relationship with it's vendor indicating goods bought and paid for.

All of this points to Digitcom being a "going concern." That is the good part...

Thank you for sharing the nature of your conversation with Roger, Tod.

Lazarus

Tod C. Ditto! Just got off the phone with Roger and have talked to Cheryl twice today.
I am not suggesting that we are not in a unique or difficult situation but I do feel much better than my rude awakening to the am news.
I feel a little more confident that my earlier post may just be the case. All the days comments and my research over the past leads me to feel this way. Let us hope my post is close. I also have a funny feeling that all this may not matter. Who knows. I am just a blind investor. LOL.
