Hi to all, just got here from a Long meeting....to be greeted by a very sweet voice mail from one of our nicest members, and then to see the news....no words really necessary....just a couple of thoughts...I think the SEC acts in what it perceives to be the public interest...the requirement for the Rule 15c2-11 before trading is good, because that will force financials to be filed...no more excuses...we, the investors, deserve that information...if it's acceptable, great, we move on, if it's not, please, let's find out and get this thing over with, no? Why now? I don't know. Maybe the volume. Maybe that TV appearance by Jimmy making claims with no backup ("we are the ONLY worldwide IP network providor")...who knows?...then I find it amusing that Roger seems unconcerned? Recall that both Roger and Cumming filed a 144 on December 20, 1998 for each of them to sell exactly 50,000 shares worth, at that time, $90,650. Could that be why? Sam, you said you did not believe any shares were sold, could you enlighten us as to why you feel both of these gentlemen filed to sell and them decided no to? Do you have info on this?

Nothing we can do now. I have seen that each and every one of you has a very strong character, strong relationships, family and friends, and you will hold up well, no matter what happens. We will move on and endure, no matter what.
