Two QChart Level-2 questions, if somebody has time...

I've been trying all day to get someone at QCharts on the phone to answer these, but haven't been able to make contact (put on hold forever, then eventually told "no one's available to take your call" -- not very encouraging, from a customer-service standpoint...). So I was hoping maybe somebody HERE could give me the info first-hand.

QUESTION #1: Does QChart's Level-2 service include real-time "streaming" Level-2 data for OTC/BB stocks, as well as "listed" NASDAQ stocks? -- or ONLY for "listed" securities?

In checking-out several other Level-2 services, I've discovered that some DO include real-time OTC/BB data while others DON'T (some don't have it at all, while others only offer "Snap" OTC Level-2 info rather than streaming-data). Turns out the only way to know for sure is to ask, before shelling out subscription-money.

QUESTION #2: Can the entire QCharts registration process be done on-line for quick activation of all services, including Level-2? -- or is it necessary to actually fax/mail "hard copies" of the exchange agreements or other documents before Level-2 service and other advanced features are activated?

And finally, let me ALSO ask: What ABOUT customer-service? Is it always as hard to get hold of QCharts as I've found it today? And is it any easier getting help ON-LINE when needed? At least the other Level-2 services I've looked-into seem to be available and responsive -- which is nothing to be sneezed at, if/when things go wrong (like during today's breakdown in NASDAQ.OTC, when I was at least able to reach someone at another service to find out what was going on).

Thanks (VERY much) in advance for any info regarding these various points. I'm very interested in the QCharts package, but want to make sure I know what I'm getting into before I sign up...
