I R O N Y: Bloomberg is mentioned no less than five times in this release: biz.yahoo.com in connection with the stock's decline and 'misleading statements'. Somebody remind me—who is HITT sueing again? Or more appropriately, who is HITT not sueing? If their case has so much merit, has such strong legal foundation, then surely they'd be able to prevail against Bloomberg, eh? They wouldn't just happen be ignoring Bloomberg and taking on SI posters because of the apparent 'easy target' aspect, would they? LoL!
