Well, not exactly....Nixon resigned, was pardoned, and never admitted that he did anything wrong.....Clinton is in office and there wasn't a pardon and admitted he did some wrongs. Nixon used law enforcement and intelligence agencies extensively for political purposes. In that regard, the best they could come up on Clinton was they kept the FBI files but were there was no evidence that they were improperly used... Help me out please. Why did Bush pardon those folks anyway? JN
