I don't know. There are a tons of performance studies done internally, but I haven't seen any of their results. Besides, those results aren't exactly meant for public broadcasting anyway.

My wild guess? Probably $200 or $300 more for the full-speed RIMM's, less for the slower RIMM's.

Kash,

I erred earlier when I said the DRAM mfrs. quoted 10%-50% price deltas for RDRAM. I found the article I was referring to and it was die size that was being discussed, not pricing.
