LOL, info - actually, Florida is the nesting place for a huge number of different frauds across many industries. For example, the greatest concentration of unethical and criminal boiler-room phone solicitation scams are based in Florida. And so on. One common theme in all this is that often they pray on old people. And guess where there are a lot of old retired people... I don't know if that explains it fully, and maybe there are other reasons, but your observations is definitely valid. Personally, I find it absolutely stunning and very scary, that such a purely criminal brokerage could operate from 1994 and take YEARS before they were shut down - and not for minor crimes, but for the whole gamut, including massive outright theft. Morgan
