I read it yesterday, do the math.

Must be >=$4/share at the time, let's say it closed at $4 on the threshold quoted as of 06/30/99 and was acquired 07/01/99

17.8M total shares x $4 = $071.2M - $48.1M = $23.1M x 0.04 = 924K div 4 (min) = 231K (max)

I don't think Greg knows it but he may have accidentally given us the revenue # for the last Q, depends on the definition of "plus capital raised after that date".

Reese:

Sad to say that there is now an incentive for them to sell the company for "as little as" $4 a share. But $4 a share translates to about $80 million for the whole company. Never going to happen, makes the whole thing moot.

Goddag Reese,

Yeah, and how about this for careful inhalation (from the MicroCap piece),

Barker: I have had a little bit more of a forward-looking
vision of trying to identify some major market opportunities. The
company had some unique technology components to address, but what
I brought I think was in effect a plan of putting together these
components and coming up with a product concept and system design
to address that four billion dollar a year market.

After failing to sell the thing while trying for two years, what
kind of vision is that. Opportunity?? where?
