I understand your anger Vitalsigns but from what you wrote I have to say that I don't think what they did can be considered fraudulent.... the SEC will laugh if you bring this up. Not having a Reuters feed is not considered a good excuse for making what might turn out to be a bad trade. They'll just say the tools are there for everyone and that Reuters was the quickest and best way to get the information out.

This is IMHO fraudulent, the only people who were able to sell their shares with corrected information were institutions and brokers who have a Reuters feed

Probably overreacting somewhat. NASDAQ has a fasttrack for Inut stocks(unwritten), if they really wish to achieve a NASDAQ listing in 60 days they probably could, because the 20F could be tutored. However, in saying that, the likelihood of any company meeting a 60 day deadline is farfetched when the SEC is involved.

I think people will remember Bid.com and how it ramped up as they got closer to the NASDAQ listing, they will use Razorfish as the benchmark, and they will have the Q report.

If this adds volatility to the stock..........I'm a daytrader...do I care<gg> Ultimately was Pearl wrong....maybe....maybe not. Was bid.coms announcment of a 60-90 days wrong, because they missed it, or was that best guess at the time?????
