Thanks Howard. Was curious about that rule. It's seem IMO that now if DGIV has been doing what they were suppose to and that's building contracts and preparing financials. Then the rule requires DGIV to be open with MM's and public and all this manipulation by the MM's will be over.

Hoping for some light here
