I don't think is as bad as it looks b/c the company has not put out any info since January except for Jimmy's tv ads. There are no reported insider trades and that stuff is reported.

I think this resulted from the high volume and small price spike last week during which time there is an ongoing SEC investigation. If it were not for the investigation then I doubt if trading would have been halted. I mean, there was not otherwise that much volume or that big of a spike. But you have to look at it in the context of the ongoing investigation.

There are many stocks that have had bigger days. Look at INNI around last December. Trading was not stopped. Most of you can give an example. Heck, Nasdaq is full of them.

IMHO, this is no time to panic. I just wonder if the July 21 date has anything to do with when the SEC investigation will be over. Wouldn't surprise me. There is some reason for 7/21 I assume.

Anyway, I'm just fishin' in the dark. All IMHO.

So are a lot of others Mr. Nice Guy. If nothing else you got a lot of adrenalin flowing in a lot of people. I quit worrying about it and went fishing. Caught several halibut and all you DGIVers are invited to a nice halibut dinner. Nothing like fresh, it was still shaking in the pan.

Now that we have had a few hours to think over the situation it doesn't seem too bad, not the best but not catastrophic. At last we are going to find some news, good or bad. A lot of us still believe in DGIV and are optimistic. The good thing is we are going to find out for sure if contracts, revenue, etc really exist. All we can do now is wait and see. Lets all hope for the best. Using one of my favorite contributors words, WHOA........Plus, if Howard is calm we can all be calm............
