While IR and myself don't have the same level of contact or flow of information, //I still hold a healthy position, most of which is at 1.45 and 1.50...I will not average down until I see lower prices...The lack of solid founded rumors worries me!!!! Been on the side lines just holding for some time waiting for some wounds to heal...

Because of the dmClo2 patents, Raytec Capital could be taken out of the market anytime. In the mean time I think Raytec Corporation, a 100% owned Raytec Capital (rcc.v) subsidiary, is working on an acquisition of a US company. If the company is already listed on one of the US exchanges then Raytec Corporation, by default, would automatically become listed in the US. If the company is private, then, Raytec Corporation would do an IPO for a NASDAQ listing with the help of Dresner Investment Services. These are possibilities for the near future.

Raytec's president is in the USA as of yesterday meeting with Dresner Investment Services. He'll be away, I understand, for at least one week. Do not quote me on this but I am assuming they are together kicking some company's tires.
