This was my favorite part!

If you purchase any stock or bond through a broker, it is being held for you under a "street name" by the DTC unless you have specifically requested to hold the certificate yourself. If you have a book entry stock or bond, you won't be issued a certificate. It's important to note that you have purchased that particular stock or bond without becoming a registered holder of the actual stock or bond certificate. Instead, you have become a beneficial owner. The difference between the two is like night and day. Take the time to absorb and understand the following definitions:

REGISTERED HOLDER- A Registered Holder literally possesses, owns, and holds, his stock or bond with his name appearing on the face of the certificate. The company that issued the certificate has registered the owner's (holder's) name on their official books. This is the safest way to own a paper asset. You literally possess the fully registered certificate and only you can transfer or sell it. By all Rights and definition of law, you are the owner. You have it, you hold it, you possess it, and you keep it. You have the complete control over it.

BENEFICIAL OWNER- A Beneficial Owner is nothing more than a beneficiary, "One who is entitled to the benefit of a contract"- A Dictionary of Law, 1893. All book-entry stocks and bonds you purchase make you the beneficial owner, not the registered holder. The owner of a book-entry stock or bond is the entity or name that it is registered under.

The DTC owns that bond or stock, not you. Rather than in your name, it's registered (as the legal Registered Owner or agent) in their "street name", Cede & Company. (In the past, it may have been registered in your broker's street name, but this is no longer allowed). The DTC is the Registered Owner - holder - of your stock or bond. The DTC is the legal property-holder, shareholder, stock-holder, owner and purchaser. Your name appears nowhere on the book entry or certificate as the actual owner. Instead, you have been designated by the legal registered owner, the DTC, as the Beneficial Owner. This means that your lawful Rights in that stock or bond are confined to that of a successor or heir.

Handshake: I, am following many a stock on SI. boards of late. I, have found some fun
things to share with you.

I'm Reading and doing DD. into new types of information from VOIP, Computers,
Telecom, Gold, Bio-Med, firms. The SEC. has made this very easy and it's just going
to get better for the small investor IMVHO....

I find some folks on SI and RB board's, are Bashers, or Pumpers and there is a
Special Class of People, who are in the middle and follow there DD. and info.
A little like there in a "Zone all of there own". I guess with NPEC/MDHM/ and many
other stocks that I'm following. I'm in that "Special Zone" type of people. Not yet sold
on all of the information that is from any company, or by what is in there SEC reports.
I have seen SEC reports and when you look back the company has not completed
there projects as stated. This makes me wonder just about the reporting of facts and
how much trust can be put on the fact they must be reporting to the SEC. It would
seem like with some issues, they talk a good game yet things never, ever, change, and
that's from reporting firms. A large part of true DD. I, have found is look back on the
firms track record. It makes for a better investment IMO.

So if you or anyone would like to advance good sound reasons to hold shares in any
company do talk open and honest on what you wish and keep a open mind at the
same time, as I'm trying to do. It's possible to learn from each side and talk with
everyone to make a decision. Yet with any type of group's or Zones of type's within a
chat site, we can come to a point of never learning anything. It would seem that some
would like just that. Sorry I'm not on SI. for this type of game many like to play. These
postings I, only read or respond to for more information due to the great amount of
DD. that we all have done and should keep doing, on the topic over the past many
year's. With the possible first true mining operation in Chile, that could make this a full
profitable firm.

It may go or may not all depends on more drill testing. Heck give me a close time
window to these words "proven ground" and anyone should be pleased with this or
any mining issue, well possibly with the exception of the pi**, ant, poor short's. From
now to that time it's all talk, Gust's of wind, air, or smoke, from one side to the other.
Heck the company news could even at times look like it's filled with smoke, yes, at
times.

I wish you and everyone here to do well on any investment, yet I, think you know that.
The bashers also, yet most of all the people in the "Special Zone" as I can learn from all
of them. Hell I, hope everyone makes mistakes as that is how we learn, is it not? It's
the correction that brings on strength.

I remain in the "Special Zone" of my own choice, like Kevin, Pete, Goose, and many
others who come and go.. Well here's to making a little money on the great issues that
are now moving in the right direction that you hold and I have found in the past years,
weeks, and past few days....

Buy low sell high and let the Pig's have the rest..... :~}

Have a great week and God Bless.

Regards,

Jim....

P.S. This new change by the SEC. makes it very easy to see the firms that are not
IMO. a good investment as a larger share of them have fallen to zip. in value, since the
"E's" were added to there name symbols. Many that are full reporting are building on
volume great bases and moving upward. Have you been following any of them...???
I'm looking forward to the next wave soon to hit the market. I have a trash can full of
old files that have been cleaned out due to the change... It will save so much of my time
in prospecting new and old issues in follow up DD. for years to come
