I think DGIV has until the end of November to become a reporting company according to the new guidelines. I don't think they have to report anything to start trading again, but I'll bet the investigation concludes at or about the time trading resumes.

Really, look at INNI, and they were never suspended. From pennies to $2 in a days and close to 6 mil in volume. DGIV did nothing that dramatic. I still think the suspension was a byproduct of the investigation or it would not have been that noticeable. IMHO.

I just don't think it is cryin' time again. I still think that we will have our chance to sing in the sunshine. It is disturbing, but there is no need to have a blue, blue day.

Maybe Jimmy should just politely write to the SEC and ask,"Don't you ever get tired of hurtin' me".
