I personally don't give a flying squirrel. So I misread the wording that said less than or equal to $4 - doesn't matter - I used $4 as an example.

I'm going to bed, in the meantime try to figure out how, if a company is sold for $x/share why wouldn't the shareholders get their full $x and where is this "money pool" coming from? Also define their meaning of "capital raised" and why the 1995 figures were included in it.

This gang has thrown out some mysteries before but this one takes the cake.

Work down there? Even if they were going great guns it wouldn't make sense after landing a great career position locally doing exactly what I like to do.
