Mitchell, looks like the bottom dropped out as the bid is down to .01. The BB system was down most of the day yesterday so I didn't see the trading yesterday-if there was any. 203-221-2668 was the number of their last known residence as they seemed to have moved there from Wilton, CT. The address is on Post Rd. in Westport,CT. I called the Wilton number first and that referred me to the West- port number. A women answers the phone there and the first couple of times I called and asked for IDSI I was put on to Horowitz's voice mail so I thought I was speaking to a secretary of IDSI's. I went away for two weeks and called again(after 5 p.m.) when I got back and another women answers and she never heard of IDSI. I thought I had dialed the wrong number so I called back the next day during business hours and got the other women and she told me IDSI had left with no forwarding address. I couldn't get any more info than that as she seemed a little circumspect about IDSI, almost as if when they left they did so under less than satisfactory circumstances.I found another company with the same address in Westport and I thought about calling them to see if they knew what became of their neighbor but I haven't yet. I assume the address on Post Rd. is a multi-tenet affair.I wonder now who the women was because it's kind of unusual to have a recept- tionist in a building forwarding calls to different companies. A company renting space in an office building would certainly have it's own phone system and if there was a receptionist she would direct calls within the company. She wouldn't be in the lobby directing calls, that would be nut's. It's a big mystery now and I'll be more than a little pissed if these clowns folded. No news for over a year, apparent discontinuation of SEC filings, no phone, no web page, and now almost no bid- very bleak. Best to you, p.b.
