Speaking of which, MAA Pfd C's are looking particularly cheap right now. Must be a seller that knocked it down a little. The A's and B's are priced to yield low 10%, while the C's are at almost 11%. Only real difference that I know of it that the C's are quarterly dividends(just passed), versus monthly in the case of the A & B.
