Nemer, the only way that seems to make sense with IB is to do it as a retail customer. In which case orders are not cancelled if you lose your connection. i always place my sell and stops immediately after placing the trade so, it does not create a problem for me. ya got to do whats right for you. imo ib is better than zap. 1380 should be hit within the next week or so, then you would not believe the following numbers<GGGG> i hope we get a pretty point soooon waiting and hoping peter EDIT: poor entry but short 1/3 normal position at 1406 stop 1408 ReEDIT: stopped out, loss 2points plus commission looking for a better entry point to the dark side
