Well, as a matter of fact I have been running quite of bit in the mtns becase I always try to catch a run called the Squaw Valley Mountain Run .. One of my favorites, You run from the base camp at Squaw Valley ski resort to what is called High Camp.. 3000 vertical feet in a little more than 3 miles at an elevation from about 6000-9000 feet.. Gets a little tough towards the top.. We used to sail a lot at Lake Tahoe.. but haven't in a number of years.. . Still have a 23 foot San Juan. Still looking short.. Coug
