Like I alluded to before The MI people are from NYC and So is CLVE's PRESIDENT. I'm sure he was aware of the possibilities of the Medical deal before he joined CLVE. If you go over the PR's SN was talking about the MI deal from the start. Being a SAVVY investor he see's huge potential in this new and growing field and he has found a way of bringing them public and create yet another WIN WIN situation. This is what good business men do.
