Jazzss, I don't think KPMG was doing Microforum a favour by doing business with them. I think Microforum had something that KPMG wanted - quality technology, creative application, and professionalism. Now, KPMG has something that Microforum wants - the leading edge in M & A advisory and execution for the past 4 consecutive years.
