Dennis I see you still do not get it <GG> Well what kind of analysis you need?? I wrote about facts not assumptions. If you do not know what I am writing about than better do not post back asking about analysis. Or maybe you were to young wen the RTC was founded and CitiBank was trading at $13 in 1991 (down from $60)before splits and dividents. Price adjusted to today would be around $2. Aside from just being plain critical, how many forclosed properties have you handled or sold at below 50% of acquired price? and how many distressed loans at 10% to 25% to face value have you sold for a FDIC Insured Bank?? I can tell you that I handled plenty of them and some were not selling even at 5% of face value. Haim
